These elections are now past and new Committee members have been installed!
Our steering committee consists of 6 members elected for staggered 2-year terms. Three positions will soon be vacated, and we are seeking expressions of interest from those who are interested in joining the committee.
Elections will take place online in March 2026, and once elected, there will be an opportunity for the new members to fill various positions. As our President, Webmaster, and one of our two Engagement Team’s representatives will be reaching the end of their terms, it is important that any nominee be prepared to assume one of these roles. Full details of steering committee members’ roles and responsibilities can be found in the constitution document.
To comply with our constitution document, at least one PhD student will join the steering committee in the next election round. For the other two vacant positions, we welcome nominations from researchers at any stage of their career but strongly encourage applications by early career researchers.
